At AHA Herbal, each formulation is handled under strict quality and storage standards. Because our products are ingestible and produced in controlled environments, we maintain careful shipping and return procedures designed to protect the integrity of every bottle.

Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
You will receive confirmation once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
AHA Herbal is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to address error, reshipment fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost in transit, please notify us within 5 days of confirmed delivery (or expected delivery for lost shipments).

Returns
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify, products must be:
• Unopened
• Unused
• In original factory-sealed condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, we are unable to accept returns of:
• Opened or used products
• Items without original safety seals intact
• Expired products
• Final sale or promotional clearance items
Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior written authorization.
To request approval, please email:
Include:
• Order number
• Product name(s)
• Confirmation that items remain unopened
Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection for processing
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Quality & Safety Commitment
Once a supplement leaves our facility, we cannot verify storage conditions. For this reason, returned supplements are quarantined and are not reintroduced into inventory.
