Forged in history not a boardroom
AHA Herbal’s formulations trace back to the Lan Mao lineage, where botanical medicine evolved through generations of TCM practice. What exists today is not a modern invention, but the continuation of knowledge shaped over centuries
Six centuries of preserved wisdom
Possessing the archive is only the first step. Translating it for the modern body is our true mastery.
We view tradition as a launchpad for innovation. Through our Adaptogenic Herbal Artistry methodology, we take these time-tested protocols and subject them to Modern Validation.
We use modern testing to confirm the purity and potency of every botanical.
We refine the delivery systems to ensure maximum absorption for the modern lifestyle.
We fuse the “Qi” cultivation of the East with the biological rigor of the West.

Lan Mao
1337-1470
The archive did not emerge from institutions. It began with one man: Lan Mao.
Revered as a foundational figure in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Lan Mao was an explorer of human vitality. In the 15th century, he authored The Southern Yunnan Materia Medica—one of the oldest and most comprehensive medical texts in history.
Unlike his contemporaries who remained within palace walls, Lan Mao spent over two decades immersed in the pristine highlands of Yunnan. He gathered firsthand knowledge from local tribes, meticulously documenting the unique uses of indigenous plants. Today, his life’s work serves as our blueprint, and we are honored to carry his legacy forward.
We do not reinvent tradition. We return it to relevance.
